Kukuiula
Private club living in exclusive South Shore community.
Welcome to Kukui’ula
Kukui’ula real estate options include breathtaking custom built homes from architects such as Bing Hu, Olson Kundig, and Shay Zak. Cottages and bungalows are located close to the clubhouse, placing Kukui'ula’s exceptional amenities right on your doorstep. Kukui'ula’s spacious villas enjoy similarly convenient clubhouse access, along with large lanai (Hawaiian- style open verandas) that have access to sweeping views over the ocean and gorgeous surrounding scenery. The community also contains some of Kauai’s last remaining undeveloped oceanfront homesites, where lots range from one-third of an acre to three acres in size. Kukui'ula is also home to the Wall Street Journal - 2018's "Home of the Year" where the pau hana sunset views over Ni'ihau at day's end are some of Hawaii's best.

Things to Do
Anchored by a lap pool and meditation garden, Hiilani Spa offers members treatments such as massages and acupuncture, with facilities including steam and sauna rooms and hot and cold plunge pools. Hiilani Fitness gives members access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment along with hands-on instruction in CrossFit, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and numerous other activities.
The Tom Weiskopf-designed 18-hole championship golf course was named one of the best in Hawaii by Golfer’s Digest. Golfers frequently glimpse spinner dolphins and humpback whales from its challenging 14th hole. The magnificent Makai Pools are comprised of seven cascading pools, waterfalls, and a private lagoon, all within full view of the ocean. Connecting all these is the Great Lawn, a sprawling open space of slopes and curves that’s perfect for bocce ball, volleyball, or horseshoes. In terms of children’s entertainment, Keiki Activities provides supervised island adventures for kids ages 6 to 12. When it comes to holiday events, the spectacular traditional Hawaiian Makahiki Festival for New Year is not to be missed.
Bordering Kukui'ula are The Shops at Kukui'ula, here you'll find world-class shopping both high-end and local from Tommy Bahama and Quicksilver to Maile Organics and Martin & MacArthur. For dining choices Kukui'ula runs the spectrum from Ruth Chris Steak House to Bubba's Burgers - a local favorite.
